Hurricane Chelsea

Hurricane Chelsea is a low-grade continuous hurricane that has been circling the Southern Sea and occasionally entering into the Gulf of Eliseh. It has existed since at least the late 1690's, when it was first discovered off the coast of Mudazzis by Ple van Desoa and Rhlao Huamn.
